Police Respond After Patient Assaults Alabama ParamedicEMSWorld (press release) (blog)Jan. 17–Gadsden police responded to a local hospital Monday night to a report that a patient being transported to the hospital was assaulting a paramedic in an ambulance. After the police arrived, a Lifeguard Ambulance pulled into the ER parking area.
